Foam rolling is a great way to reduce muscle tightness, soreness, inflammation and increase your range of motion. Combined with Yoga, flows and restorative poses, and you have the perfect antidote to live’s stressors.

About Us

We love community and started our yoga studio 24 years ago with neighbors walking to our neighborhood yoga studio, friends bringing their children to our summer camps and everyone coming to our house concerts and fundraisers for charitable organizations like Mercy Corps and Oregon Food Bank.

Our studio has changed since then with the addition of our new “sky studio”, but we still see our yoga studio as a gathering place for sharing our gifts and helping each other. A yoga, fitness or dance class at Still Moving Yoga will often include students sharing their latest cooking adventures, gardening tips, family stories and life experiences – for community is one of the greatest gifts of a yoga practice.

And of course, there’s the yoga itself – heartfelt with a strong therapeutic focus from the Iyengar and Anusara traditions.  Lynea and Jim have been practicing yoga for 45 years and teaching for 20, so we have worked with all sorts of needs and abilities with a light-hearted and accepting approach.
