Class Levels/Other Information

All Levels Yoga: A scaffolded class with a strong therapeutic focus designed for all levels of yogis. Includes restorative yoga, breathwork, balance and other standing poses. Excellent for first-timers, seniors and those recovering from injuries

Sports Conditioning & Flexibility: Specialty group classes that use a variety of core stabilizing, range-of-motion stretching and functional fitness exercises to help balance overused muscle groups used in specific sports.

Spin & Stretch: Group exercise class where students bring their bikes and trainers/rollers for a combination spin class followed by targeted stretches and exercises needed for cyclists.

Tribal Dance: An eclectic mix of tribal belly, African and Afro-Cuban dance to the traditional and modern music beats. With Lynea Gillen

Makeups? You can bring or send a guest to a class as your makeup or apply class credit toward an open Still Moving Yoga workshop space (during the term only).
